To sell your ROCs in the on-line auction you must first appoint NFPAS Ltd as your agent by entering into an Agency Agreement. This sets out the responsibilities of both parties, the payment terms and the charge made by NFPAS for the service.

Having read the Agency Agreement, send a completed and signed copy of the signature page to NFPAS no later than 5 days before the date of the auction. A countersigned copy will be returned to you.

The next step is to arrange the transfer of the ROCs to be auctioned from your account to the NFPAS holding account in the Ofgem ROC Register.

The next auction will be 27th November 2014.
